Hey Spooky, Sapphire dashboard got updated so few options on the dashboard were moved into different menu. You can access the components (buttons and select menu) from the Messages menu on the side bar of the dashboard.

Sapphire shows that error because you didn't assigned any action to your dropdown menu component. Click the gear icon on the dropdown menu and choose a action from there If the above doesn't solve the problem then please join my discord server and create a post on the support channel. Ticket tool is not creating tickets. Check if ticket tool have enough permission and double check if you have configured everything properly on ticket tool dashboard
Hi! The combination with Ticket Tool doesn't work somehow for me. I created the panel with sapphire and that all works completly fine. I can select all three of my options but it doesn't create a ticket. I did everything you did and I got the categories setup and everything. It just sends the ticket code into the channels as expected but no ticket opens. But it perfectly creates tickets without Sapphire. So Ticket tool does got enough permission. What could I do to fix this?

You probably didn't choose the channel to send the user id or you entered the wrong variable for the user id -- the correct variable is ${userid} If the above doesn't solve the problem then please join my discord server and create a post on the support channel. Hi, if you didn't configured the Action row properly then sapphire won't show the row in the message after it sent to a channel. Check whether you have properly configured the action row. Hey, the dashboard ui got updated. The Interactions is now inside the messages tab now. So once you are in the dashboard, click the "Messages" option in the left side bar and then you will see the option called "Components", inside the Components you will see the options to add buttons and dropdown menu
when im configuring the final part of making the tickets, i do the same steps but when i got to discord and press a support request it doesnt make the ticket
i already got solved in your discord server, the thing was that ticket tool needed high role, i gave bot roles with administrator but when i gave co owner it started working@@ShadowArcanist

Person creating ticket is unable to see it: To fix this you have to change the permission of Ticket Owner/Opener on the ticket tool dashboard When it creates a ticket so It is pinging Sapphire instead of the person who is creating the ticket : Seems like you misconfigured something related to Sapphire sending the ticket code in wrong format. Will it be possible to add an embed message to the beginning of the channel every time a new ticket is created? I don't speak English, I'm Spanish, so maybe I won't be understood correctly, but basically those types of messages would serve as a kind of "guidance" so that the user who opens a ticket knows exactly what to do or extra information. It would work as a fixed message that is created by default when creating a new channel every time the user creates a ticket.
You can't make sapphire to send messages automatically to a newly created channel but you can create a custom command to show your message when the command is used. So you or the ticket opener has to use the custom command to make sapphire send the message

Please check if you have configured the action for the dropdown options. Go to the Message Template which has the dropdown then on 'Edit' menu you will see the dropdown attached to the message then you will see a gear icon near to, click the gear icon and set the actions for each dropdown items
