Galina ! I remembered some years back when I was going to school and the sea flood out Galina due to hurricane and rain. I would not want any land in that area no matter how cheap it. It’s a flood area.
ARE PEOPLE'S MEMORY THAT SHORT! AFTER HURRICANE GILBERT IN 1988 THE GALINA AREA WAS ENTIRELY SMOTHERED WITH SEA SURGES LEAVING ONLY THE BARE LAND EXPOSED !.......TL
@@CeretaM My wife kept reminding me of that and about the buildings washed away and of a particular house swept away leaving only the toilet! She doesn't want to live nowhere in Galina...lol.

When I look at these developments in Jamaica and the prices for some areas that was previously flooded in years back and they are not telling people. I am glad I know about some of them. I can’t work hard in all sorts of weather abroad to get suck into flood on my retirement God’s willing 😅
@@KerrAndCoRealEstate I am actually seeking a house even a fixer upper but because of the prices, I am considering to build. The land prices are kinda high though and sometimes the lands are too sloping! I am willing to see any you may come across. Appreciate the reply.
