Nagpur has lots of oranges, it’s called city of oranges🍊 , and there are 🥭 mango orchards in Maharashtra.

Surprise to see lemons and oranges growing during winter, maybe it doesn't freeze in that area. Iemons, garlic are small in India, especially when they don't use fertilizers, but likely they are organic and they are very potent.

Doctors say not to drink fruit juices, due to high amount of sugar in them naturally, instead eat whole fruit, fiber in the fruit slows down absorbtion of sugar. From what I learned, better not to eat too much fruit, because it has fructose also, its processed by liver (which could cause Nonalcoholic Fatty Liver Disease silently), double check what is written.
