Nice condo. The primary bedroom was a good size. I'm not so sure about the closet space ....looks a bit small. The kitchen was good, but I think it would look better with a lighter colour for those cabinets. Nice touch to have a pantry. Your pause when mentioning where the dining room would be was ....interesting. :) Not a fan of first floor units because of either lack of a view and/or privacy, but this unit seems to have covered those two concerns as much as it could. Hi! This one just came back on the market, which means it's still available for purchase! The condo fees are $500.53/month and it includes everything but electricity and comes with 2 parking stalls.
