Hi, Mariangela Avila Your youtube video content is really good. but views and subscribers are much lower. To increase subscribers and views, you need to do channel SEO meaning your videos are not fully SEO. SEO is not friendly to your title. The SEO score is very low. The main reason why videos go viral is because of video SEO and organic promotion. If you do SEO and promotion then lots of views and subscribers will come to your channel and you will be able to monetize your channel in a few days. I can help you. If you want.

This home was nicely done. I like the kitchen space. I might change out that stove and maybe the backsplash. The not-real-wood floors ....well it might be too closely to change out so I guess I could live with them. :) And you know I'm going to ask ....I didn't spy and wall/ceiling vents so ....no central air? 😮 Thanks for posting/sharing. Pink Floyd! And you're wearing shorts! My aren't we causal today. :) The condo is nice. I too, am impressed with it having a car wash bay. I actually never heard/seen such a thing on the grounds of an apartment/condo building. For a one bedroom it was nicely done. I might redo the kitchen counters and replace the stove/oven, but that's about it in there. I didn't notice any signs of central air so .....? Is parking assigned or titled? Thank you!!! Hahaha my seller always wears music tees so he inspired my look for this one 🙈 - I would do the same things and am always jealous of the car wash bays, so convenient! No A/C - remember most apartments in Calgary sadly don't come with A/C unless the owner puts one in afterwards.
Hi! This one just came back on the market, which means it's still available for purchase! The condo fees are $500.53/month and it includes everything but electricity and comes with 2 parking stalls.

Nice condo. The primary bedroom was a good size. I'm not so sure about the closet space ....looks a bit small. The kitchen was good, but I think it would look better with a lighter colour for those cabinets. Nice touch to have a pantry. Your pause when mentioning where the dining room would be was ....interesting. :) Not a fan of first floor units because of either lack of a view and/or privacy, but this unit seems to have covered those two concerns as much as it could. There's no place like home? Thanks Dorothy. That was cute and funny. And nice shoes. 😆 As far as small houses go this place was very impressive. The kitchen was well laid out and spacious. That patio space is a good touch - decent size too. And I really like the remote control blinds, but I would install that for the entire place. I love the fact that it also has a den. The primary bedroom was a good size the a walk-in closet was a plus. Overall I find little to not like about it the place. Thanks so much for the great question! In Calgary, when buying an investment property, you have to put 20% down. This 20% down really helps to have a positive cash flow as with today's interest rates it can be tricky even though rent has also gone through the roof in Calgary. For this unit, you could get $2200-2,500/month + utilities, which depending on what interest rate you get, and how much you put down, it's definitely possible!

Wow these prices are out of control. You can find a detached home, the ones with the garage in the front for the same price. Developer needs to lay down the crack pipe.
Yup I totally agree! But the last unit sold in this complex sold for $840K and showed just as well, but had a walkout basement, so at $799,900 our price is fair. Also the is in a prime area where the same product could sell for almost $150,000 more in this area!
Nicely and tastefully built home. I enjoyed its overall styling and layout. And even though the floors are not real wood, I must say they look real and durable so that's good enough. Thanks for posting/sharing. Cheers! :)
