@@lil_bear We loved living in the domain! Recently bought a house in San Antonio due to rising costs in Austin though. Would have stayed in ATX if it weren’t for the cost. Our rent was $3k for a 2b2b and was set to increase another $500 if we renewed our lease.

Domain is a nice place to live. It has the urban atmosphere without its problems. The Groves is a Domaine wannabe, but I don't think it can. However, it is much closer to downtown Austin.
I live right by that dog park! Will have to check out Lucy’s Donuts. So fun! On a tangential dessert note, there is also Picole Pops for Brazilian alcoholic and nonalcoholic popsicles. Thanks for sharing!
I heard that they’re building an apartment complex that has 315 apartments my daughter and my grandchildren live in Georgetown MorningStar community they bought a home there and I would love to live by the domain in those new apartments maybe the other senior ones that I was looking into very expensive which was kind of a bummer but I’m 64 what do you think should I go Love the video
