Steven?? This home was worth the wait!! Its everything that you said that it was!! Every room including the kitchen and the laundry room tothe living, dining, and family rooms are very versatile and very comfortable!! The Bedrooms and The Bathrooms are well structured and well made!! You really brought your A-Game with this beauty!! Thank You for sharing this with us!! Can't wait to see the next!!

I agree.. the flexspace in the laundry room was definitely one of the most unique spaces I’ve seen in a SINGLEWIDE home so far.👍😊

This is one of the better singlewides that I've seen. I love the butler's pantry & flex room; you don't usually see those in a single wide. The flex room would be my office area. I love the steel tub in the guest bathroom. The guest bedroom closet should have a wraparound clothing rack.

You are absolutely right this is definitely one of the better single wide homes that I’ve seen as well. You can’t go wrong that’s steel tub 🛀 in the guest bathroom. And I also agree about the shelving in the guest bedroom closet. Even if the dealer or the manufacturer can’t add the additionalshelving in that area. You could always add it yourself down the road at some point. Your review comments are really appreciated. Thanks😊👍

@@tisheetee I just reread your comment. As far as release date. I’m not exactly sure when.. Very good question. I do not work for the company. I only review and tour different manufactured home brands from my perspective.😊👍 Definitely a very good point though.😊👍

Ok listen, I've been looking at EVERYTHING lately. Tiny homes, single wides, double wides, shed/barn conversions, RVs. The STYLE of this home is perfect. That flex space would be my deep freezer space. I LOVE the accent wall in the living room however it limits where you can place your furniture. It suggests you should be FOCUSED on that wall and that may not always be how you want to place your furniture. As much as I love it I think I'd ask to not have it and save on price. - Id opt for a one piece shower/tub combo, so no leakage, nasties in between where you can't clean and more built in shelf space. I dont know WHY they quit using medicine cabinets. Id for sure make use of them. The kid closet I'd add in a skinny stand up dresser for folded clothes, along with the rack. - Add a dresser in the master closet until you can afford to do built-ins. I PERSONALLY dont need two sinks in the master so I think I'd opt to do floor to celling storage on one side instead. If this was your forever home (As it would be in my case) I'd eventually add on another bedroom and space for an actual dining area.

It’s very good in my opinion for $79,000. You have 3 bedroom apartments that are smaller than this. But at the end of the day, this is the perfect 👍 home for someone. We appreciate your feedback comment.😊👍
