When you are genuinely surprised and amazed at something (the hidden pantry) it comes off a lot better than rehearsed enthusiasm! Conducting a blind date tour with cameras rolling seems to be the best recipe for your style. Good show, don't change a thing.

From the time you walk into the foyer (not directly into the living room), this home does an excellent job of making you forget it's a single wide. Great floor plan.

This home absolutely does it for me! I love the natural wood baseboards and crown molding. I love the contrast of the light and dark cabinetry. I absolutely am thrilled about the pantry! This home does not seem like a single wide. You’ve show beautiful single wide homes in the past but this one is without a doubt the most beautiful. I love it and I wouldn’t change a thing. The colors and trim are perfect and I love the dining room and the hidden pantry. I don’t know where to start I’m blown away and for the price I’m ready to tow it home. Fantastic job Chance thanks

I had to sell it in 2022 to move in with my Dad on Hospice Care. It is amazing how these homes change in just a few years. In this economy, I know I'll be buying another one soon. A 3 bedroom, 2 bath house in my area is still $350,000, and it would still require lots of repairs. Thank you for sharing these and making it exciting to house hunt. Hugs and blessings from NC.

You did great. I love the winging it!! I would modify the island to be way smaller so the dining area would fit adjacent to the kitchen and then make the area near the back door a mud room type thing, but otherwise wow. What a nice house!

Talk about a singlewide thats cram packed full of goodies!!! WOW! LOVE the dark colors!!! And although I hate floor vents, at least they had the intelligence to put the vents next to the walls and not in the middle of the room! Super nice, super awesome!!! I have to say, even with floor vents, this one gets 10 stars!!!!

Yes! :) I like the more practical bathroom in the master bedroom. I've always though it a waste of space in a single wide that the master bath would take up so much space.

I really like this one. I would move the microwave from above the stovetop over to the cabinet to the right and build it in there. But otherwise, I REALLY like this one. You're right, the living room feels super spacious for a single wide - as does the kitchen!

When you mention the heavy duty doors, the one before it when you shut it. The first thing that went through my mind was, "That does not sound like the doors on the trailer's I grew up in."

This is a great single wide floor plan really well thought out love the hidden pantry the secondary bedrooms have pretty good size closets for secondary bedrooms usually single wide closets are tiny. The dining space could be used as a home office space even because the kitchen island is big enough to dine a dining room isn’t really necessary but a nice bonus, but that’s a very flexible space I like that it also gives separation to the primary suite from the living spaces. Sometimes primary suites in single wide are right off of the kitchen and it’s nice that it’s a little further back. The entryway foyer is really really nice. Could replace the console in the entryway with a hall tree for some coat storage. Very flexible. Lots of options. This would be a great starter home. This would be a great empty nester home or a great vacation home one of the best I’ve seen so far.

You don't have to apologize for being real. It's so rare these days! I have watched many mobile home videos and nobody, I mean nobody, can top the ones you create. I would much rather see your vids than the dry monologs others make. They give you a tour and show you a home but they make as dull as my high school geometry class.

This is a Gorgeous Home!! That pantry is to DIE FOR!!! But the Dining Area by the Back Door is way too small! If you had company for dinner or for the Holidays that area right by the back door is super inconvenient!! But the color scheme in this home is EXCEPTIONAL!!!! 👍💜💜

This is perhaps the nicest single wide I've seen. The quality of the materials with the real wood trim, cabinetry, and doors, and the sheet rock throughout really makes a difference in how the home shows. It makes a terrific first impression, and then it surprises you with details you never expected! 1. I didn't expect the huge walk-in pantry. 2. I didn't expect the closets and pantry to be finished with drywall instead of beadboard or the board and batten stripping that is often used. 3. I didn't expect the closets in the secondary bedrooms to be as large as they were. 4. I totally didn't expect to see a place for a kitchen table! 😳 I'm not sure how well that would actually work in real life, but it's nice for people to have that option. This is one of my favorites. There have been others that were nice. Another memorable one I think was a trade-in. It had wall niches and arches (in a single wide) that really elevated the appearance of the interior. I really liked that one too. Very nice! I enjoyed the authenticity of your surprise at finding the walk-in pantry. It felt more like we were just tagging along with you, peering over your shoulder, and sharing in the surprise of the moment together. Keep being you. That is the secret to your success. 😊 I was just talking about you with someone the other day after I persuaded him to watch one of your videos (not his "thing"). I was telling him about how you built up your channel during the pandemic, and that I think there is a sweetness about you that comes through in your videos and gives you an easy, nice, friendly quality that makes you very likable. It doesn't come across as forced or phony. It's just you being you, and we like you for and probably because of that. You talked about your grandfather in an earlier video, last fall, and how important he was to you. Well, I think he'd be proud of you, and that the influence your parents, grandparents, and perhaps other family members had on you helped shape you into a really fine human being. It took a lot of drive and commitment to build your channel to where it is today. Some of that involved listening to constructive criticism and using it to become even better at what you do. I'm thinking about your earliest videos that popped up in my feed. LOL You really whipped through the first video or two in a hurry! There wasn't much lingering to take in the sights. 😅 😉 Some people might have gotten defensive or quit. You got better. 😊 Other people have started filming manufactured homes and sharing them on RU-vid since I started watching your channel, and some of the homes are the same, some are different, but sometimes I couldn't stand to watch their videos all the way through because of how they put them together. Sometimes they'd have music that I didn't like, or they'd have music when they were talking, and it was too much trying to take in what they were showing and having to sort out what I was hearing through the noise. First you turn down the volume, then you lose interest and don't come back. Sometimes, I couldn't stand to listen to the people presenting the home tour for the duration of their video. Anyway, Chance, you and your channel are like the "Goldilocks" of manufactured (and other) home tours. You and your style are "just right." It's always great to improve at what you're doing, but if it isn't broken, don't fix it. At some point, you do things so well that you may only make tiny adjustments because you reach a point where you're so high up in the realm of what you do that you can't get much higher. That's where you maintain and keep doing what made you successful while looking for opportunities to improve. I think your sponsorships are a part of that, and so far, the product placement for your sponsors has been integrated well into your content where I don’t feel like I want to fast forward through the "ad." But product sponsorship is probably the next thing to keep building into your work. I've gone way long here, but I just wanted to share my thoughts. Wishing you loads of success and happiness! This is big and cute. The living room area is big. Usually it an afterthought. I love the pantry. You have room for a mop, bucket, and a vacuum. And it has three bedroom. The master is disappointing, but you have a dining area - - give and take. Good choice.

It's real hard to imagine a single section being better! I am forever amazed that they so often put the water heater as far from the kitchen as they can get it! But that is my single gripe about this model! It is so homey! The double secret surprise Pantry is enough to make up for the two minute wait for hot water! Love the interior treatments and colors! This is beautiful and I love all the sheetrock. I would like to have light blue gray walls, and instead of the black, have those painted navy Blue. I was also impressed with the walk in pantry. Very Nice!

I really love the layout of this place. It did surprise me with the hidden pantry. This would be be great for a first time home owner.

I am a big fan of the single wide. I like this house but, I would like the following changes. On the outside I would keep the same color and trim but go with the lap siding and forget the vertical siding. In the kitchen I would go with drawer over base cabinets. That way I could get six more drawers. I really liked that island. That storage space was great. The rest is minor like wood shelving and two tiered in master closet, medicine cabinets above the sinks in the bath, one piece shower with corner seat in master shower. I like the jog in the front hallway. I really like the interior colors and woodwork. For my climate it needs floor vents and gas stove, furnace and water heater.

Great tour, Chance! The genuineness of your channel is why I watch (and have subscribed). This is a great single wide! The only thing I would do differently is make an office space where they have the dining table set up.

Another single-wide using space efficiently (for the most part), which is nice to see in today's market. The overall feel of this home was great, the light wood trim with dark cabinets definitely helped make it feel bigger and a good price point.
