Hey brother, for short-term stays, do airbnb. It's cheaper than the hotels , just look for ones near mandatory hill or east park mall. Northmead, Olympia, foxdale, and Rhodespark areas. Rental cars, honestly, Yango, which is their version of Uber, is very affordable. If you need a reliable personal driver, I have 3 guys I personally use and can recommend them to you

I thought that foreigners can’t buy land in Zambia unless they give 76% ownership of a business to a citizen. Did you do this? If not how did you manage to buy land?
@@jasonchaney777 do you have a trusted source that I can learn more about how to obtain an NRC? I have been searching for more information because I definitely want to own land as a foreigner without having to give away majority ownership.
@@hourexodus5204 I got my NRC after gettingy permanent residency, just took my documents showing my retirement permit and paid the fees about 20usd and I had my NRC in hand. Was able to get National Health Insurance also

You are the only one I have seen say this because I have watched several other videos stating that foreigners cannot own land. When I google it, it says that you need to be a citizen to receive an NRC. Please where can I get accurate information?
@@hourexodus5204 Permanent residency is $600 usd, once you have that it cost around $20 usd to obtain your NRC. which is needed to purchase land traditional or titled.
