I loved this video! I would be really interested in seeing you use the dryers on a mannequin so we can see what a difference all the different factors make!
@@ThatsTheWayItGoes I don't know the exact mph it puts out, but I'm not that impressed with it's output. There are older version/brand blowdryers at the salon that I'm pretty sure output more. Also, I'm pretty sure the Rapido outputs more than the Volare. I have the rapido. It just doesn't help with frizz. Causes it in opinion.
@@CosmoDad I’m still shook about the negative ions and the beloved Twin Turbo. So this means that you are really great at smoothing the cuticle with plain, raw heat!
Super helpful. I have an Elchim but I want more wind power. I was hoping the Volare would have been more impressive, considering it’s a Ferrari engine.
Right!? I started this video thinking it would be my favorite but given it's performance compared to the others and it's ear shattering volume, I will pass
Can you also do a review on twin turbo 3900? The ions and etc... i have been using elchim Run, and they are good but it seems like the twin turbo 3900 is better with lesser power. I can be wrong 😂. Can you please do a review? ??
The speed freak is a great dryer but the CHI Lava Pro is still about half the weight, more powerful and more quiet. I plan on doing more testing soon but I feel like all these new small, quiet dryers, like Bio Ionic, Gamma and Vulcann, have similar technology and I'm blown away by them (lol no pun intended). I've been using the CHI since I made this video on from type 1 to 4b/4c blowouts (with a denman brush). I'm super impressed. I think it's only a matter of time before all brands have a dryer like this
@luciet7569 I used a Twin Turbo 3200 for years and feel like the Lava Pro is equal or faster. The Ionic properties really help. Plus it's so much quieter and about 500g lighter
Not sure honestly, I bought mine 13 years ago at a supply store in Florida. I don't use it anymore because The CHI Lava Pro is so much quieter, lighter and faster
I have used them both and plan on doing a video soon. But so far, the CHI is noticeably lighter and more quiet. The Dyson attachments are more secure and the diffuser is superior. I've yet to directly compare the wind and ionic output and temperature. Thanks for watching!
I'll have to keep my eye out for it. There is a whole slew of dryers that have come out relatively recently that have a similar shape and size as the Lava Pro. I imagine they are comparable. But I'll have to test that hypothesis
I order recently and it was the 2100 watt , with the right tension and product for 4c (silk press). Do you think I can achieve a 3200 w look ? What are the differences I'm upset site only offered 2100 watt.
