This entire album is AOTY material and we didn't even get the repackage yet💀 it's soooo good

They are the perfect representation of their generation. Their music comebacks neither show too mature nor too childish/cute music. Their music represent their age. A real early 20's men.

It is a given that they will be great singers and all have stunning visuals since they are from SM, but Dream have strong dancers. They are so in sync as well even if they have different dance styles. Best contrast would be Jisung and Haechan dance fancams.

the glitch step in the choreo is real, they did the normal choreo, but they danced just those parts in 0.5 speed 👌The whole album is very art!

Honestly a group like NCT DREAM is rare. They are all good in their position but they are also good if placed in other postions. It's a very balanced team where no one is left out unlike other NCT units or groups,they also have the best friendship out there.

The glitches are speed ramps. They filmed at different speeds and sped it up and slowed it down to make the intense glitches

Chenle I believed injured his ankle (?) That's why he didn't dance on their performances but did perform with them sitting/filmed his parts with the members. The last part is their chant 'Yo Dream! Jjeoreo Jjuja, Fighting! (Let's do it, Fighting)' but in a sing-song tone.

I'm excited for you! I know what you mean about hearing them every time. For me, it's especially like that with Renjun 🥺 His voice does something extra to my heart.

I just love how many songs off the album are getting live stages or performances on their channel. They know that we love seeing their live performances and they give us so many gifts. The whole album is just such an accomplishment.

NCT's overall concept is based on dreams, so everything they do has something to do with being in a dream, dreaming or some sort of dream state, etc. In "Glitch Mode" NCT- Dream is comparing falling in love to being stuck in a video game. Thoughts of that person that they have a crush on make them feel like they are stuck like a glitch in a malfunctioning video game, and they can't break free or move on because the glitch keeps them stuck there. (Which is why the choreography has them making those stuttering movements. They use video game terms throughout the song.) Yes, the MV and live stages look like a video game or arcade, etc. because the whole concept is supposed to be video game themed. A video game is a sort of dream-like world which is how it's tied into NCT's dream concept. As you are probably starting to realize, switching up the beat and style of the song in the middle of a song as part of the dance break section is pretty much how all of NCT's songs are structured, as well as the majority of SM Entertainment's songs in general. It's kind of SM's signature style. You will hear that same thing happen in a a lot of the songs you listen to from SM. With the "Never Goodbye" stage the numbers you see written on the floor are the birthdates of each of the members in YY/MM/DD order. SM Entertainment is known for having some of the best dancers and singers in the industry. That is just a fact about the type of people SM selects to be a part of its company. You can't be an SM artist without having amazing singing and dance skills. So even the company's rappers are unbelievable singers and dancers. That is why the company has gained the reputation as the vocal powerhouse of the industry, who also happens to have some of the industry's top dancers. When it comes to SM, this is just the skill level we have come to expect. SM is an expert at finding and developing the best singers and dancers in Kpop. SM is the company that founded the Kpop industry with the very first Kpop idol group H.O.T. (Highfive Of Teenager) back in 1996, and they are now one of the largest and most influential entertainment companies in Korea and around the world. The company spares not expense when it comes to their videos, stages or concerts, etc. because they know that whatever they spend they will get it back 10 fold in profits. SM is one of the most innovative and trendsetting companies in Korea. NCT-Dream is NCT's third sub-unit, which began in August 2016 and it is made up of the 7 youngest members of the group -- Mark, RenJun, Jeno, Haechan, Jaemin, Chenle and Jisung. All the Dream member's are currently between the ages of 20 and 22 years old (they were 14-17 when they debuted.) SM originally created NCT-Dream with the idea that if they had a trainee that they felt was ready to debut even though they were really young, they would start out as a member of NCT-Dream. They were the cute babies of the group who were learning the ropes and honing their skills because they are young, but they are also some of the most talented because they debuted way sooner than a lot of trainees. Which explains why the Dreamies are so impressive. As I think you know, the way NCT-Dream originally was designed to work was that the members were part of the group until they turn 19 and become an adult. SM's original plan was that when the members turned 19 they were supposed to graduate from the group and they were no longer considered a member of NCT-Dream. Mark (the leader/captain of Dream) "graduated" from NCT-Dream in 2018, and Jeno, Haechan, Jaemin and RenJun we thought would be graduating in 2019 and form a new NCT sub-unit or be add to a sub-unit that already existed. (Which would have left NCT-Dream with only 2 members, with the idea that new trainees would probably debut sometime in 2020 and become members of NCT-Dream.) However, SM announced at the beginning of 2020 that they decided to make NCT-Dream a permanent group and suspend the whole "graduation" concept, including putting Mark back in the group. As have started to discover, as you go along and see some of NCT-Dream's older material, you will see and hear how their style has grown and changed over time. That is also part of the group's concept. As the members grow and mature so to does there sound and style. That is why they debuted with their song "Chewing Gum" which has a very cute and bubbly concept that fits the fact that they were all teenagers at the time. They had to grow and mature into the sound you hear in "Glitch Mode." SM's no dummy when it comes to creating groups that gain global popularity. It just goes to show you why it's one of the Big 3 entertainment companies in the world. :D

I like renjun's short hair! But I''m guessing part of why they kept it is because hair that length will need to go through an awkward grow-out phase before it gets as long enough for a normal two block cut and we can't have renjun in that weird phase while still promoting 😂

7DREAM are just so cohesive and complementary that they can't help being great. They're my favourite unit though I prefer 127's more mature (to date) discography. So excited for you that you'll get to see 5DREAM (no Mark and Haechan as they'll be on 127 duty)! They're gonna give you a fantastic show because DREAM have perfected the art of filling in when members are not available. This album is so good and if Hello Future was any indication, the repackage will be amazing as well. I think initially some fans weren't sure about Renjun's hair but I've loved it and I think it does make him look a smidge older and sharper. He's been SERVING with this cut though. The Hot Sauce/Hello Future era was probably a lot for his hair and may have had damage. He doesn't seem to be a member where a heavy hair reboot would be a problem (they'd never be able to do this with Taeyong, Jaehyun or Jaemin -- it'll be enlistment only hair for those 3 😂). The only special clip you missed is the Rewind clip! I hope you check that out (along with the album because it's great)!

If you watch the behind the scenes video, you’ll see how they did the glitch part. The track is slowed down just at that part when they dance and the they just play it at regular speed when it’s done.

Your the first reactor to really notice Haechan's adlibs in arcade "ayo! tha'ts right~" and i love that because it's my favorit epart of the song xD I love watching your reactions you always have such interesting things to say. It's funny with dream about the dancing thing because "the weakest link" are chenle and jaemin [jaemin learns choreo fast, but forgets it equally fast]. jeno is known as a strong dancer for his aggression, and mark and jisung are main dancers, but renjun was cast for his dancing and haechan had many years of dance before this, and it showed in his amazing technique and show hosts [like weekly idol] thought haechan was actually cast for his dancing as well x"D honestly every single member of dream is an all rounder.

I felt weird when I first saw RENJUN with this haircut,because he never cut his hair this short before, but after at some time , I really like him in this hair style, he look more handsome, manly for this album promotion, but at the same time he still can carry his adorable and innocent image.

as for renjun's hair, it was certainly the sylist's decision. and it's largely the cut making him look odd, he's had dark hair a number of times before and it's always looked amazing. it's largely staying the same [you can actually seen it's grown a few inches over the past couple of months] because ...well, it'll have to grow back out. the color hasn't changed likely due to them trying to keep his hair/scalp healthier, or it'll suit the new comeback for the repackage well???? * the upcoming repackage [every nct full album always has a repackage] is why the other members changed hair colors part way through promotions. or both. a lot of kpop idols struggle with hair loss and other issues from bleaching / dyeing htei rhair too much so every time they keep it simple for awhile i'm relieved.

We've found the only person who doesn't like Renjun's hair this comeback lol...his hair remained the same, because the members and NCTzens liked it so much, they just never changed it. Renjun wants bangs back because he doesn't want to have to take care of his skin so often since he can't cover his forehead if he eats something that causes him to have a bad skin day lol
