My memory of Vulcan is a dump truck losing a sheet of gravel bouncing off the highway onto my vehicle. I had hundreds of dents and rock chips on my windshield and truck body. He got away as I was a bit too shaken to follow and for fear of it happening again. LOL. Cheers!

Paul ex inlaws owned the grocery store in Vulcan many years ago. I fished in the lake just outside of Vulcan. Great pike and white fish. Hope you and Andrew enjoyed exploring the old places that were close by.

Those old buildings were once some family's home. It looks like they thought about the layout of their property, and included things like the pump house for water and power. Very smart. I wonder what they did for fun, eh? Thanks for the tour.

The spaceship visitor centre is cool. Did you run across Spock while you were there. Captain Brent. You looked great in the chair. Leonard Nimoy cut the ribbon for the centre didn't he? Great old farmyard. Love the windmill still turning. Most of the houses I have lived in had plaster and lath walls. So much better than today. They were more sound proof. Had to be careful when hanging pictures though. I used to love finding old medicine bottles and stuff.

That old house out of Vulcan, back in the 1900s you could order houses like that as a kit from Easton’s catalogue. Fancy house kit# of the day went for up to $1800. Check it out!!!
