Thank you! You helped me pass my abstract algebra class where our teacher just assumed we all knew how to write proofs and threw a ton of material at us. You’ve allowed me to enjoy pure math again!

Lmao I was working ahead, and around 3:55, I had just finished writing n^2 = 4k^2 + 1 thinking I was a god. Then, I heard Dr. Brehm say "Pleaaasee do not give me 4k^2 + 1... because.. I just can't even" and I felt personally attacked 😂

Your videos are incredibly helpful. I'm taking this class online and all they give us is a textbook. This has been a wonderful supplement. And the "I can't even" comment had me in fricken tears. :lol:

hello kim if i may , i am a computer sc student and i've been struggling to find the motivation and drive to study and teachers at uni weren't helpfull at all , it looked hard and blurry till i found you , words can not discribe how clarifying ur videos were . i study in algeria an african country and in french .ur the best (im white btw). can u plz link me a serie of activities of this course.

(2k + 1) (2k + 1), if you multiply them together, you get 4k^2 and 4k + 1
