Discrimination in Housing Laws + What Needs to Change 

How can I get some help! I’m a black homeowner in Oakland and an appraiser low balled a refinance appraisal by 200,000 +.... loan was denied... twice, two different applications made two months apart with two different lenders but the same AMC company who assigned the same appraiser... he actually got even bolder the second time. The 1st lender did a rebuttal but Appraiser refused to change his opinion of value... the second time the lender didn’t want to pressure him due to his protections ....there’s no protections for me...I’m seeking help!

We are a,critical case of illegal housing discrimination, having defeated a Gobernment Entity for making housing unavailable for son because he has a mental disability. This casr lead to a loving mother(complimented as being such by all who have known or worked with her and son for many years. This includes the medical community as well as others. AFTER the son was excluded from safe, decent and sanitary housing, this loving mother was wrongfully stripped of the Legal Guarianship because she had no place dor him to live. This resulted un hom being kept in a homeless state in a crisis center because she had no place for him to live. The atripping of the mother of Guardianship violated Chapter 35A if the NC Guardianship Statute. Every group home facility that the son was placed in as a result of the illegal housing discrimination had to be investigated by the Department of Health and Human Services ("DHHS") as being with SERIOUS A1 NEGECT, ABUSE, EXPLOITATION, HEALTH HAZARD CONDITIONS AND CRIMINAL INTERFERENCE WITH FAIR HOUSING. How about educating the black people to save for down payment so they can own instead of rent. Financial literacy is the key to close the gap.
