Thanks for the show. You should def try and fix the sound issues before the broadcast begins. And PLEASE let/invite Izumi to speak more. She probably gets interesting infos and can voice more the Japanese FS circles on your panel,... which could be very interesting to listen to. NO ONE was speaking about the outrageously biased judging. No one was calling out the judges who rewarded Malining with 9's in PCS -- which was another Trusova like moment, or for robbing Kimmy Repond the medal she 100% deserved at the Worlds, but instead handing it over to Isabeau Levito for no reason whatsoever if not for politics. USFS is behaving these days just like FFKR did for decades and we hated it - so I am merely consistent here. It's not clear whether the ISU is pushing for a stronger presence on social media because they realized they are losing the fans while not attracting youngsters anymore, or because they're running out of money. Kaunas demonstrated how it all can be done (including the Gala which the ISU president deemed as outdated - sic!). They never mentioned the Euro 2024 in Kaunas at this Congres. In facts, they should have invited Vytautas Jasutis who organized the Europeans 24 in Kaunas to speak and explain how he did it and how one can still manage to generate income and not running the deficit events WHILE producing a memorable week of FS events. Everyone could learn from him. Do we need to let go another 10 years of missed opportunities until the floor is given to people who demonstrated their competence? The new Somersault Rule is good. Note that no one is pushing youngsters to do them. We like to see them if they come as a cherry on the cake and we hate to see the athletes being punished for it. As for the deeper source of problems in figure skating -- judging and the book of rules -- some other time... ; )

Thank you so much for your feedback! We will definitely continue to work on improving our audio qualities. Our goal is to highlight as many voices as we can, so I hope our followers understand, that access to fast internet and the best hardware isn't always possible. But we will definitely make sure to fix the issues within our control in future livestreams before it starts. The format of the livestream doesn't leave a lot of room for these kinds of errors (vs. an edited video). However, the audience interaction is a big part of why we love to do livestreams, so I hope most people are able to forgive the technical issues. We are sorry that the livestream has given the impression that we do not want Izumi to voice her opinion or speak more. That was not our intention at all and we value her opinions and insights. However, as you might know, some people are quieter than others and need some time before feeling comfortable to voice their opinion. (Especially on a public stage like the internet, where people are quick with their criticism.) Izumi is an extremely valuable member of our team and we all benefit tremendously from her calm and soft-spoken presence. (Especially, when the nerves hit haha) As for your other points, we hope you are able to join one of our livestreams in the future, because we always appreciate different opinions and open discussions with our viewers! Biased judging is definitely an issue, which we have openly talked about in a lot of other streams and will continue to address.
