James we all are a team in this fight against men’s mental health. We got each other and we all slip into that rut of just being mediocre.

Life is tough brother and all we can do is do our best. It’s rough for me and my family as my wife and I have 6 kids ranging from 8yo-9 months old and I am a traveling Construction Manager working 1300 miles away from home for 3 weeks at a time. You would think that when I come home we could just make it sunshine and rainbows but real life happens regardless of circumstance. Anyway, love your content and the vulnerability you show in said content. We need more of this from the men in this world.
