Disgraceful Mom Is Too Busy CHEATING With Her 3 Boyfriends To Parent Son & She Won't PAY Her Bills!

Today, we have an evidentiary hearing for a temporary parenting plan after Dad filed for divorce
because he discovered Mom had been cheating on him with 3 different guys and she had been
neglecting their child to do it.
He says he has always been the primary parent and the only one who will actually show up for their
son, & his stepson, and it’s only since the paperwork was filed that she has started pretending she’s
the mother of the year.
He also says she’s refusing to pay her car loan since he filed and the loan people have started
calling him. He wants exclusive possession of the house since he’s paying the mortgage, and for their
bills to be split up between them because her bank records show that she CAN pay her car loan she’s
just choosing not to, since she’s got plenty of money to spend on “bars & beer & men.”
And, I’ve just scratched the surface of all details in this messy divorce action.

I was also so impressed with the father. Thank God the stepson has 2 men who want to be in his life because the mother is very dangerous. I'm hoping she realizes how sick she really is and seeks the help she needs because those boys she chose to bring into the world are going to need their mother in the future. All children need a mother and a father. So I wish the mother and the father the best going forward.

@stuff2047 in this case I would agree, but that's not always true. When I went to family court, my son's mother had a lawyer because she was representing her in a separate case where she was facing minor related crimes. I went in without a lawyer because I simply couldn't afford one. Luckily for me, I'm an autist, the months I spent researching family law before court was enough for me to win when combined with the minor related criminal charges she was facing.

I feel so bad for that kid. His own dad is minimally involved and the stepdad had to step in to make that happen. Now he's being used as a pawn by his mother who barely pays attention to him and he can't even see the people he thinks of as grandparents. He must feel like he's being ripped away from his family right now, including his legitimate half-brother. Unbelievable what some women will do to their kids. She's probably got the kids calling her boyfriends "daddy" and confusing the hell out of them. She should definitely not have primary custody. And if I were the dad here, I'd talk to the other dad about making a case against her given what she's done with this guy. Poor little man.

I frankly do believe that infidelity does affect one’s ability to be a good parent. Thru the conscious choices of 1 adult the life of his/her child(ren) are completely thrown upside down. How can a parent be so selfish? If you don’t love your spouse enough to be faithful, do you not love your child enough to not go lying, & sneaking around behind the back of his/her parent? I know people won’t always stay married for many reasons. I’m just saying to be an adult about it. If the marriage is irretrievably broken then part ways respectfully, get your divorce, then go live your life. Put your child first & at all costs, please do all you can to avoid traumatizing the kids. Don’t criticize their Mom/Dad to them or in earshot of them & certainly don’t let others do it.

I love this judge. He's one of the few I've seen who treat fathers as an equal parent. He also uses common sense and can cut through the lawyers' b.s. to see what's really going on in the cases he presides over.

The husband's lawyer took advantage of the fact that the wife didn't have an attorney to object to the lawyer's consistent leading questions. In essence, the husband's attorney testified on his behalf.

I do like this judge. He isn't afraid to call it as he sees it. In watching him with a number of cases, he does a good job at giving both parents a fair shot. He doesn't put a heavy thumb on the scale for or against the mom or for or against the dad. In this case, mom has no business being a parent. Her lack of maturity and integrity is more than sufficient to give dad primary custody.

I am not sure why she got married and had a child. Sounds like she spent most of her marriage having affairs instead of being a mom and wife. She doesn't have custody of her other child, gee! I wonder why. She doesn't really care about her children unless it's convenient for her. I'm glad she gets nothing, and I bet she's glad she doesn't have custody of her son that gives her more time to see other men. I'm proud of the dad for being there not only for his own son but his stepchild who I hope both him and his son get to see.

She’s obviously weaponizing her children and is causing them untold emotional damage. Besides that, immediately introducing young children to new partners is highly inappropriate and potentially dangerous that’s why there’s often stipulations about that very issue in final divorce decrees. She’s a terrible mother and an even worse role model who’s normalizing infidelity and emotional abuse so I truly hope her STBXH eventually wins full custody of their little boy. As a side note: that affair partner in the courtroom…yikes! I suppose the axiom that cheaters affair down totally tracks with her.

Shame on her for demeaning and belittling the impact of that little boys stepfather in his life, and snatching away a great source of security for her child she claims to love so much. What a selfish entitled and arrogant person. She’s got a big wake up call right around the corner if she doesn’t change something real fast.. Her philandering and the choices she has made has taken her to a very dark place! As a step dad myself i commend the judge for taking into consideration of the dedication of time and sacrifice that taking on a child that isn't his. Unfortunately for the mom here in her arguments is that removing a step parent that dedicates time to coaching and caring for a child can be just as damaging as removing a bio parent. I hope for the child in question of the case is ok and hopefully mom doesn't use her other child as punishment. Its not up to her if the step son loves and misses step dad. Unfortunately the children are the ones who lose.

We need to teach young men and women that these are the facts if you have a child, they are your responsibility no matter what.

The mom sat there in a defensive manner and didn't move nearly the entire time! I can't believe she is allowing her children around a man she just met. He could be a predator and because she knows nothing about him wouldn't know what to look for. She seems to be oblivious to anything other than her phone according to the witnesses. I would NEVER leave my children alone with a man until I've known him for at least a year and have done a back ground check to make sure he hasn't been arrested for anything that may put them in danger. I'm glad the dad got main custody of the child. At least with him there is a wealth of love and grandparents that enjoy spending time with him. Goodluck to the dad. I hope she doesn't cause any problems because she's mad at the ruling!

I think this questioning would have gone a different direction if mom had a lawyer. There were so many places where a good lawyer would have objected.

Often in Family Court, the rules of evidence are stretched and many judges allow leading questions to expedite the testimony. FC Judges grant a lot of leeway regarding foundation, again to expedite time. The Judge knows that the lawyer could go through the steps and eventually reach the same point. I did not see much hearsay.

I agree, there's a lot of leading and hearsay, but I doubt it would change the underlying facts and evidence. In the end, the father deserves to win this case permanently until mom gets her life together. Her inability to self-reflect and realize how she is a terrible person is on full display before the judge. Dad is a far better parent and it's time for the courts to respect fathers' rights as much as they do mothers'.

I swear, a lot of people in this world need to experience sitting in a court room as a judge listens to someone describe their actions and words they’ve spoken. It’s not as cute, sassy, alpha, etc…. Whatever you wanna call yourself to make yourself feel better about your 💩 behavior. This is a great example. I’m sure she thought she had all the control and probably did, until all of her actions were laid out in a courtroom. I’m sure the transcript would look even worse having it all in black and white.

I used to work for a PI, doing surveillance on many divorce cases. Yes, like the video comment, when a PI gets involved, you're usually at the point where you know something is happening, as PIs can get a little expensive to hire. It's amazing how brazen cheating spouses can be. My job was not hard at all, catching people. There's also a very sad side to this, after catching someone cheating and having to inform the spouse.

This woman’s husband Ethan reminds me so much of mine, respectable, responsible, humble, honorable & just all around good person. This man deserves custody of his kids & I’m so happy he got it. Finally a Judge that listens & knows what’s actually best for the children. More Judges need to be like this. I hope Ethan finds a better woman too for he deserves way better as well. I don’t understand why anyone can cheat on any good man like this. I never think twice about basically crossing my husband for I know I never get any better besides I love him to much & he’s just the best.

Wise Judge. There must be a shortage of quality women in this town for her to have a list of Lovers and two husbands. 😮 She could have at least, dressed nicely for court. Putting a child’s best interests, needs ahead of yours, is absolutely love of a child, biological, step, half, and adoptive. When a parent acts like a parent, regardless of how the other “parent” acts is a selfless choice. Choosing to not throw the step child aside, or treating them as your own regardless is wonderful and shows, that’s a true parent. Dads, or moms-always get an attorney. Almost all will put you on a payment plan. Your children, yourself is worth the cost so your children’s rights, and your rights are protected. And if one person brings up false accusations, or makes perjuring statements they absolutely need to be held accountable and responsible, and prosecuted.

Good call on her being respond for her own bill, i.e. cell ohone, car ins etc. But had to laugh when TBE ex boyfriend beat hasty retreat as soon as it was over. Out the door he went...quickly😂😂
