Her critiques come out of a genuine love for the Themed entertainment medium, she constantly brings up the good amongst the bad of the hotel. it just sucks when that medium is driven by a price gouging morally dubious company that uses brand loyalty as a shield

Knowing just a little about corporate management, I'm sure there was a small handful of people at Disney overseeing the Galactic Starcruiser project who worked super hard but weren't given nearly enough time and resources to make the c-suite's harebrained schemes come to life. And now of course I'm sure it's on them that the thing was a huge failure

It's funny how I finished Jenny's video shorty before you released yours. These four hours really have shown that she didn't approach the hotel with malice, she provided a lot of arguments proving there was a lot of good in that idea, but it's concept was so undercooked (and expensive). And that is why I like long critique - if it's full of rational arguments, it not only helps to understand creator's perspective, but that also provides a very fertile ground for very informative discussions.
