I am so fascinated by the entire process of animation. From initial rough drafts of drawings and the story, to animating the finished product with recording the voices and songs. There really isn’t anything like Disney
They should 3 spin-offs of the Disney anthology series, in honor of the Disney company's 100th anniversary - 1 about the animation, live-action, and behind-the-scenes - with rules of 3 from: 1920s-1966/67 (Walt Disney's lifetime), 1967-1979, and 1980-present.
I feel sort of bad about saying this, but the comparison to Kimba really killed this video for me. More research should have been made as There’s so many people who have debunked the claim. For starters, the plots alone are nowhere near similar. Kimba was a Saturday morning cartoon about a young Lion bringing peace between animals and humans. Yes, this show had humans. And was very much akin to shows like Looney Tunes. The reason for the similar name was because Simba means Lion in Swabhili, ironically, Kimba was supposed to be originally named Simba anyway, but it was changed last minute. People cherry pick facts such as screenshots of lions dangling from cliffs, and shots of the same animals and call it copying. I feel like a more fair comparison would be Hamlet. As The Lion King is clearly based off of that. I’m not saying Lion King is completely original, but bringing up the whole Kimba situation without any facts bothered me.
I hope we once, again have more hand drawn-like 2D animation, because I hate only 3d movies for all the 2010s and I hope there is not going to be much, again in the 2020s, we need to watch more new 2D animated movies which it is messed up we didn't have that much in the 2010s, it's awful!
toy story knocked off brave little toaster too (sort of). yea it was a good movie but like you said...it killed drawn animation. i dont care about cars and i dont wanna find nemo! gimme that toaster and real ghostbusters
Yeah until James Cameron couldn't handle Avengers Endgame taking the title of best movie and decided to take advantage of the COVID pandemic back in April to re release Avatar in China to cheat his way to steal the title back. What a box office pig
