I feel like many people sometimes seem to think that it is a beauty competition or something, it's not. It's a look alike audition. So if you do not get picked it's not because you are not beautiful bc everyone is. They just want someone looking like the character and sometimes even the people already playing the character in the parks.
I went to the most recent female look alike audition in Orlando which was July 27 and there was over 550 girls, i arrived at 4:30 and the website has said don't arrive earlier than 5 I believe and I still ended up being 51 in line so to anyone reading I would definitely say don't be scared to be early! Also everyone is so sweet the group of girls that were in front of me in line were so adorable we all went out afterwards to disney springs and the next day we went to Disney since we have annual passes! Anywho long story short disney auditions or at least the one I've attended was nothing but an absolutely positive experience so please don't be scared to go ❤️
This has been my dream for a long while now, I try my best at the looks side of things (but you are who you are, you can't make yourself look like a certain princess if you dont😂) and knowing all the stages from watching hundreds (literally hundreds) of experience videos, I'm going to attend jazz lessons and drama lessons with my best friend. Some people think I'm joking when I say I want to work as a Disney princess, but I'm honestly so passionate about it and I'm gonna try and try until I get it so I can prove everyone wrong!!😊❤️
thank you so much for this!! i'm currently a princess for a princess party company, and i've been wanting to audition for disney for forevER and i keep stalking the disney auditions page, but they don't seem to be coming near me anytime soon (i'm from washington d.c. and also go to college here). any recommendations on what to do?
I'm auditioning in Dallas in a month and I'm so nervous but excited! I'm sure I'll make a fool of myself at least once but that's sort of the point, learning to be okay with acting ridiculous. Thanks so much for this video!
I can't wait until I'm able to audition for Disney! It's been a dream of mine since I was a baby. Your journey has inspired me so much to keep going and growing. 💛
It’s hilarious that they always persuade you to find your happily ever after😂 but then like if I don’t get in then they kind of just crushed it😂 like why do they say that if they are sometimes the one who ruins it.
Would a v neck and leggings and tennis shoes be ok? I've heard varying things about what to wear to the Tokyo lookalike auditions which I am going to and I know that's not the kind you attended but do you know if that'd be appropriate or if I should dress up more?
When auditioning for a Disney parade performer, is there a time gap when waiting to audition again or can you audition again whenever you want to after your first audition?
I’m auditioning in Orlando in less than 2 weeks and I’m super nervous but also very excited. Would you recommend bringing a bag? If so what do you do with it during the audition?
I'm audtioning for my third time on Wednesday only it's for Tokyo and I'm kinda freaking out about what it'll be like cause my last two where type out audtions. So I have no clue what to expect. This helped a lot thank you Lauren

Hello!! I know I am very late to the conversation but I am dying to attend an audition in a few weeks and people have always told me I have the face like Disney princess and that I should go for it! The only problem is I’m 5’9. Is the audition worth attending since I’m an inch over the limit they listed?
