Thanks so much for this video! I'll be sailing Disney Fantasy in 10 days and I was wondering how this app worked once on the cruise. Quick question though, so my husband and kids can only download the app for now correct? No way for them to log in until after we are on the ship? How does the app know you're on the ship? Is it by connecting to the ship's wifi? Otherwise greatly helpful thanks again.
Great question. Once onboard you will put your phone in airplane mode and connect to their WiFi. That's how the app knows you are aboard. The best part is the app won't charge you internet charges to function, so you can use it for all of your messaging with all of your fellow passengers.
