Disney's Fantillusion Parade - HD Disneyland Paris 

I feel the same way. As former Cast member of DLP, the main reason they won't bring Fantillusion back is eventually; it's too crowded of people

The music alone was worth the price of admission. That initial fanfare still change the mood as soon as it plays. My first time I changed from "ok let's see how this goes" to "THIS IS GOING TO BE GREAT" as soon as it started blasting

_ MAHALOHA 元々は東京のものですよ。本当は水上ショーのファンタズミック!をやりたかったけど、場所がなかったのでパレード式にしたのがこのファンティリュージョン！です。東京終了後に、一部主要フロートがパリに譲渡されました。

@@akisaiaki ど、どちらがほんとうなのでしょうか・・・ ファンテは元々TDLでファンタズミックを公演したい！それでできたと思ってました。なので後者の方だと思っていたのですが・・・

@@d0415mickey1212 　あなたと後者が正しいです。日本では6年の公開期間でしたが、パリでは10年を超える夜の目玉として活躍しました。輸送費の問題でパリでは東京よりフロートや衣装が減ってしまっています。現地でヒットして長く公演する羽目になったため、こんなことなら全部輸送してれば、という声は今でも囁かれるそうです。 なお、オリエンタルランド首脳陣や企画陣は意地でも日本でファンタズミックをやりたかったのか、その10年後開園したシーで開催しています。1パーク新規開発しても、とは・・・そんなにやりたかったんですかね・・・？ｗ アトラクション1つ新規に起こしたり、トゥーンのエリア新規開拓する比ではなかったはずなんですが、凄い執念です。

元々、フロリダのマジックキングダムで公演してた夜のパレードを東京でやりたいアメリカディズニーが東京のパークでは企画が合わないと断念して 特別にアメリカ東京パリそれぞれのパークの開発をしていたエンジニアが開発したパレードがファンテリュージョンです。東京用に作られたパレードですよ。 元々パリのと仰った方は日本の隣りの国の方なんですかね？

TheDolly08 I was able to see it about 5 years ago when I went and it was amazing. I felt like I transported into another world of magic by Disney 😊🤗

Spectroillusion era night parades as I like to call them where the best of the (currently) three generations in my opinion.

Chris Green I agree. I really want it to come back and perform at Disneyland California and Walt Disney World.

@@superdisney5535 it should go to Disney World because it hasn’t had a night parade since 2016 when the MSEP left. Also fantillusion’s predecessor, Spectromagic was destroyed in 2013.

Maybe it will. There's clearly renewed interest in the nighttime parades. Disneyland Resort just saw the return of the Main Street Electrical Parade. In the meantime, maybe visit DLP during the holidays? There's a nighttime version of the Christmas parade now.

@@petitemarjo630 Fantillusion était la parade électrique qui succédait à la parade électrique de l'ouverture du parc qui avait bénéficié des nouvelles technologies, mais toutes deux étaient splendide et elles me manque. Je ne la loupait jamais a chaque visite et chaque jour que je restais. Je ne parle pas des 30 ans, mais le spectacle a l'année sur le château ne m'a jamais beaucoup plus et puis depuis tout ce qui se trouve a l'arrière est fermé. Quand parfois il m'arrivait de louper les feux j'allais me balader dans le labyrinthe d'Alice qui était tout illuminé. Place aux jeunes, car c'est la cible de Disney.

Well I believe it was a Spectromagic era parade because it was made for Tokyo Disneyland way before it got transferred to Disneyland Paris.

American parks had the Main Street Electrical Parade back... Hope there will be Paris' turn!

Rumor has it that the Paint the Night parade is coming to the park. 🤞🏼

​@@nothere2192 Well, here's to hoping they bring back Fantillusion or Paint the Night to the park, since Outsidears on Twitter reported that an electrical parade will take the place of Disney Illuminations in lieu of the castle rehabilitation...

It is a shame but even if paris purchased the whole set, I don't think it would have fit the route properly.

Paris didn't have the money to buy all of them and some of them were scrapped before even Tokyo was finished with them. There was also supposedly some kept backstage for parts and training.

Darreyl Henderson The Wicked Queen and Chernabog only exist in Tokto Disneyland during 1995-2001. When it was shipped to Disneyland Paris they didn't include this two.
