Disney's Fort Wilderness Cabin Stay (Resort Overview, Dining, & Activities)

Hey! Thanks so much for your comment and for watching our video. 💜 So, the first day we took the Disney busses to get to Hollywood studios and it took a little over 45 minutes to get there. With the baby, we didn't plan and just went when he was ready and that didn't work well (this was the day before we got the golf cart). If you don't have a golf cart, you will need to take an internal bus to get to the bus stop and then get on a different bus to the parks. You can check in the My Disney Experience app for the bus times to hopefully shorten that wait. After that experience, we just took our car to all parks except Magic Kingdom. For Hollywood and Epcot, it took us around 15 minutes depending on traffic and to Animal Kingdom it took 25 minutes. And resort guest get free parking at the theme parks so this way was much easier for us. The boats though are my favorite!! They do come frequently and for the Fort they send the big boats during busy times to help shorten the waits which is nice! I think the most we ever waited for a boat was 10 minutes. Yes, we did still have to pay for parking in front of the cabin. It was $20/night for us. And I found the beds pretty comfortable. I like a medium firm mattress and found it a little soft for my taste but that may be great for you! Sadly, our room footage was destroyed, but the bunkbeds are in the same room as the main bed. I did not find the bunkbeds comfortable though! The pull out bed in the living room was decent, but just a typical pull out double bed. Nothing special. Thanks so much! We are glad you enjoyed the video. The cabin comes with 1 queen bed, 1 bunk bed, and 1 double sleeper sofa. Disney says that the cabins sleep up to 6 adults but we felt like the bunk beds were more suited to kids and teens. Thanks for watching!
