In the fall of 2001, live-action series were added to the One Saturday Morning lineup with the addition of the "Zoog Hour," an hour-long sub-block featuring the Disney Channel original series Lizzie McGuire and Even Stevens (the sub-block, advertised in promos for Disney’s One Saturday Morning promoting the two programs as "powered by Zoog," was named after Disney Channel's weekend programming block at the time, Zoog Disney). At the same time, Lizzie McGuire and Even Stevens were being played on Disney Channel.
With six active animated series under Disney's wing (Teacher's Pet, Recess, Weekenders, House of Mouse, Tarzan, Lloyd in Space) reserved for the first three hours; they *could've* EASILY had this block on at 11:00 a.m. lasting until the noon hour.
They should've held off airing Lizzie McGuire and Even Stevens until fall 2002 when they rebranded it to ABC Kids. Those two shows didn't fit and were not a good fit for OSM.
