I guess when you see down below from a drone, it looks super close but the truth is you don't see or hear it from any of the homes I've visited inside.

Yes - I just heard from Jenn in the sales Center that the Island Village Corporate Mgmt Office just signed three new Biz Leases to Open soon - a Barner Shop, Coffee Shop and Taco Bar. Hopefully we'll soon have more info of opening dates and build outs to be started soon! There are seven stores to be announced in total. Can't wait to see them open soon!

Watch RU-vidr Adam the Woo he lives there and every day he does videos, and he starts at the town clock in his videos. They show all the things around and the different seasons Christmas is the best in celebration.😊

Can tourists walk round as they can in central celebration?

Hi, yes absolutely! Phase One is virtually completed as of July 2024. Island Village is not Gated so anyone can Drive and park to walk round the small Lake and town area with shops etc.
