The movie to begin with, in Japan was edited and branded differently and mainly used the Ralph bits as context intro. The film is named Sugar Rush and stars Vanellope. Which isn't strange considering with combined Japan US populations Japan would make 1/4 of the whole, and they're much more receptive to animation in general, from any part of the world in case of creators. That's why Japan is so excited about Star Wars or Harry Potter, because they blend immediately with their culture instead of projects like swapping 7 Samurai to the Magnificent Seven. Naruto has a bit of that as it was originally to be about wizards and based on Wicked, but Jump made it more like Ninku instead while Harry Potter is more about Elfaba's curse mark like green skin.

Well, it's the Wreck-It Ralph universe (Litwak's Arcade) but agreed yeah, they should've come much earlier. Glad all of the Core Four plus King Candy are here!

I'll say. They have all the time in the world to make 2 Golden Passes, but can't spare any time to add any voice-over for Felix, Calhoun OR King Candy. Boy, Gameloft sure does have their priorities straight, don't they? 😒

​@@durandlewis1382I think the SAG strike from last year caught up to them. The Disney Character Voice Actor Group (the VAs who voice the characters for other media and theme park appearances) was in that strike so that their jobs wouldn't be taken by AI sound alikes.

Same, Hero's Duty too. It'd be so much nicer (and give us more character background!) than the really scaled-down mobile versions and cheap Wii/DS licensed games we got

Ah Disney Infinity… good times, good times.

I didn't get to play Disney Infinity, but it would be cool if Disney made a game similar to it now. A whole open world Disney crossover game sounds amazing. I also want a platform fighter.

That would be nice, but I think Zootopia has a better chance than Bolt, as there's no quadruped racers in this game so far. Then again, we do have King Triton, who is technically a Pinniped...

Felix and Calhoun didn't get ruined either, they just got their entire plot cut from screentime so they were (for better or worse) spared too. They should've come along on the adventure instead of having to babysit though, there would've been plenty of room for them if some of the cameos and other unnecessary characters were cut.

The crazy thing is that the developers actually did a survey asking fans what franchises they wanna see and they did mention a few tv shows. They mentioned Phineas and Ferb, Recess, Darkwing Duck, Kim Possible, The Gummi Bears, and Gargoyles. I hope they go even deeper and add shows like Yin Yang Yo, Super Robot Monkey Team Hyperforce Go, Fillmore, Lloyd in Space, The Proud Family, The Buzz on Maggie, The Replacements, Motorcity, Gravity Falls, The Weekenders, Pepper Ann, and Teacher's Pet. The tv characters can bring even more content to this game. Plus, it would be nice to see them finally get utilized since they're usually left out of the crossover video games.
