My grandma told me about this in the 90’s with Cheese. She gets cheese in a block to negate the powder put on the shredded cheese. They put it in the cheese to prevent it from melting together and sticking together in the bag
Oh you young ‘uns!! I’m 50. Commented on your videos a couple times. Love your takes and wholesome attitude. Now, when you started talking about water bottles…. There WASN’T any bottled still water before the mid 80’s (maybe even 90’s). People drank tap water and didn’t think it tasted weird because that’s what “water” tasted like. You would get some ice from the freezer, go to the sink, and fill up the glass. It was just water… But THEN you would go over to your friend’s house in the country and they would have well water from a well. It was DISGUSTING!! It was like drinking a rotten egg. Bottled water became popular because no one was home anymore and they would go to whatever store and want to drink and water was an option now because it was in a plastic bottle… You ever need an update on how the world worked in the 70s and 80s, give me a text, lol!
