If I could only go on one attraction at Disneyland Paris, then it would be the Phantom Manor. I love how it got its own back story (albeit altered over time), and how Vincent Price was originally the “Ghost Host” for the ride.
This enchanting music was composed by acclaimed film composer John Debney ("Passion of the Christ") for the Phantom Manor. He actually grew up being at Disneyland as a kid because his parents worked there, reportedly. He also studied music at California Institute of the Arts, or Cal Arts, in Santa Clarita, CA that was created by Walt Disney. It's considered one of the best art schools in the world. In fact a great many Disney animators come out of that school including Tim Burton...
@@lucas_vnprg211 No, you see I was inflicting the joke on any annoying trolls that tend to plague these comment sections, who post hateful replies like this. But honestly I also wanted to compliment OP as well.
Love this ride, and it’s always got short wait times too. In my opinion it’s better than the American version. It just feels so much more magical and ghostly. Still has Vincent Price in it to this day, which I note because a lot of people make it sound as if they replaced him.
