We're doing Disney drinks for February. One of my favorites is the Angolada from Trader Sam's Enchanted Tiki Bar at the Disneyland Hotel. A perfect mix of good rum, spice, citrus, pineapple and coconut.
Angolada
1oz Angostura bitters
1oz Smith & Cross rum
1oz creme de coconut
1oz pineapple juice
1oz lime juice
Add all to a mixing tin, add ice, and shake. Strain into a tall glass and fill with pebble ice or crushed ice. Garnish with a pineapple frond and swizzle stick.
Angostura Colada by Zac Overman
1.5oz Angostura bitters
.5oz ounce rum, overproof (preferably Smith & Cross)
2 ounces pineapple juice
1 1/2 ounces cream of coconut
1 ounce lime juice
