@@diggingthegreats The issue with Patreon though, if I paid for every channel, I'd spend large chunks of my income on youtube videos. If it were like a Netflix of original content creators, making monetization easier. For example, you pay like 10 bucks a month, and you get to choose 10 different channels. More people would buy in.

My favorite RU-vidr making a concept video for my favorite Rapper’s concept album seems like a bizarre possibility. And yet it just makes so much sense. Fantastic work as always with this. Fun fact: When Count Bass D sent DOOM "Potholderz" his 2 verses were already on it. Count Bass D's "Down Easy" was also on the CD he sent to DOOM. DOOM asked to use Potholderz and told Count Bass D he should put Down Easy on his next album.

Dude, I stg. You are officially goated. Really thankful for your breakdowns, because you somehow have the same taste as me and as a guitar player / producer who was introduced to hip-hop through MF DOOM back in 2009 and became obsessed with it + neo-soul + funk + jazz + rnb + soul among many other genres of music, but having grown up on rock / metal and pop-punk as a child. Did a bit of a 180 and studied music production, with a particular interest in dillatime. Currently learning how to play and sing a handful of D'Angelo tracks. Some of my first beats were my trying to copy MM Food sampling old cartoons. Been thinking about learning the bass now because it just looks like so much fun. Anyway shit none of this is relevant but this video was incredibly creative. You deserve more subs honestly.

Probably the best music youtuber out there, the hours and passion put into these DTG videos are insane, i like listening to them while i study and i recently dived into heavy Hip-Hop phase. New music is boring me, so i digged into the Soulquarians. I loved it then after i seen the video you did about them and it increased my appetite to get into more Hip-Hop.
