Dissidia: Final Fantasy Warrior of Light vs Sephiroth Storyline Cinematic Replay HQ 

Putting the warrior of light in this game was a great idea. The other heroes doubt themselves a lot, but not him, he never hesitates when it comes to what he must do. Not that self-doubt is a bad thing, but having an old-fashioned, unwavering hero in the story spiced things up nicely.

WoL being able to keep up with Sephiroth is no short of a miracle.

Sephiroth is a true warrior-philosopher.Notice how he is well aware of his fictional nature,reminding the enemy they are just "entities befitting a close world". Pure subtle metagaming.

They really do work well as foils in this scene. One a risen hero and the other fallen. They have both served the same purpose at one point, but only one of them was truly meant for it.

I appreciate that they don’t show WoL looking winded or exhausted showing he wasn’t struggling with Sephiroth.

the music in the end when sephiroth was talking about what he and the warrior of light have in common, (those chosen by the planet) added a real sinister touch, Brilliant my friend

I see some misconceptions so I'll set the record straight: Cecil, Tidus etc never fought Sephiroth, Firion went by himself on his own to go get the Wild Rose back from Sephiroth, he immediately got his ass kicked, so he wasn't injured or anything when they fought, WoL is just that good.

Chaos is the strongest FF Villain, in Dissidia Duodecim, he defeats all of his own warriors at the same time, kills Cosmos, and finally gets beaten by 5 warriors

I hate how Sephiroth always tries to be psychological. I can't wait for a character to stomp him into dust

Warrior of light doesnt mess around. You injure one of his comrades, then its on like donkey kong.

I keep coming back to this because i fucking love how WoL tells Sephiroth to shut his trap and fight. Even more so with how sephiroth seems genuinely taken aback by it

The dev team of Dissidia wanted to capture Advent Children's combat, and they really did

I like how WoL just doesn't care about Sephiroth's bullshit, he just knows that the guy isn't worth listening to.

Love the fighting system in Dissidia in terms of moving and attacking, it is the closest thing we will ever experience to a high speed fights seen in cut scenes/anime... you actually "feel" the rush as your dashing, dodging... There are great ideas that Japan has for Action adventure/hack and slash games that would really work with dissidia's game play : Gundam games, Bleach(any anime games with characters that dash/fly through the air), tokusatsu games(super sentai, Kamen rider), Dragon Ball Z(even though i already mentioned anime but a lot of dbz games OK but don't feel fun to play)

Sephiroth and those speeches. 😁 Gotta love that about him and no one can tell me otherwise. It's part of why he's an interesting Final Fantasy Villian like Caius.

fantastic choice of music for the plot. I wasn't expecting the Holy Orders Remix, been a while since I listened to that awesome song. Easily one of the better versions just for the revamped intro. XD
