When we shout, we are more into finding where the mistake lies in others unaware of the disheartening fact that our way of approaching that person itself is the biggest mistake. Shouting makes the other person feel the moment as hell and downgrades them. But once you are done with your resentment, you'd believe that you were so oblivious before that you needn't have to blow off the atmosphere to convey your feelings but this delayed introspection is in vain as the person might have erased off your name straight away from their heart. And now when the mouths are all shut, the heart speaks!

Anger to some extent is healthy. We are taught to repress. If we don't process our anger we turn it into sadness which leads to self flagellation. Also people get angry when they don't feel heard.
