hmm tough call....You look at the videos from the 80's and 90's at shows and the crowd were just so much better, more into it and less distracted, I get the frustration of bands and also I get the need for bands to call this out, because else they are encouraging it, they have got to encourage the crowd and control the energy and moment.However... you just don't know whats going on... maybe the girl isn't even a fan of the band, maybe she went with her partner who is a huge fan to support him, so they can go together and so he isin't on his own, maybe she went with friends who are down on the floorand she is just enjoying the experience chilling in the back, while getting to hang out with her friends before and after, but now that whole experience has just been made horrible for her and she has the whole place boo'ing her..I understand it's come to light it was an issue with her kids that she was texting about and this just highlights the issue, you just don't know the problem... modern communication connects us to everything at all times, you can't call someone out without knowing there situation. I'm sure lots of people in the crowd were doing things that made it hard to concentrate such as screaming, shouting and whistling loudly among others. It turns out that he ended up apologizing to her and sent her free tickets to their next show and signed some T-shirts for her and her daughter. No bullshit here either man. I read about it and he felt horrible for making her look and feel like such an asshole in such an emergency. She said she ended up leaving the show because she had to race home and it wasn't because of his actions. Not being a smartass to you either dude. I just felt you might want to know the actual story?
