Whoever it is should be severely punished. Judge, CPS, whomever. This has to stop. Too many children are being forced to live their lives in households that are not safe, stable, and responsible to take care of food, shelter, clothing, no abuse of any kind, with a loving family.

I’m not sure if the two women in the back are involved with the man accused but that gestures seem to me that they are more concerned with what will happen to them rather than justice for the kids. I have never seen anyone stare down someone like that in court unless you disagree.. maybe she is thinking about the story they told the cops vs the injuries
