Thanks for this video. I thank yt for suggesting it to me. It was soothing in a good way and also interesting. I'm thinking about buying a nas just for the reliability and convenience.
Glad it was helpful! I spent way too long and way too much money setting up my first NAS. Definitely start with something super cheap, play around, and then if you need, get something more.
1 have 1 TB SSD External 1 TB HDD My Passport 1 12 TB My Book 1 6 TB My Book 1 4 TB My Book 1 5 TB WD Passport I pc has 2 TB SSD + 2 TB HDD 2 Internal 4 TB WD Red I am very confused how to deal with these too many drives. I want to built a better nas and cheaper using them. Considering a used mini pc + external setup or probably a sff hp G series or a full size z440, z850 z640 series monster build, Question is I am non techy guy and dont known or say did not try any of the options. With my present. The above pcs are readily available bit pricier though than your prices. Is SFF a better mid option or should go all out with these too many external drives
Hi!! If you end up seeing this comment, please reach back out to me when possible! I bought a 13in MacBook Pro Mid-2012, I was hoping to use it for college but I’m broke lol. MacBook will turn on but I cannot download anything, and not even the apple support will load on safari, even with the wifi connected. Google will load just fine but not apple support. Should I just return the computer? Or is there still a chance that I can buy an ssd and ram and update the computer?? Please let me know ASAP. Thank you for your time!
