Out breaking trail and jumping ditches on the Yamaha Sidewinders (290hp & 270hp Turbo Dynamics Tunes) and having an absolute blast with them! Thanks for Watching, Cheers!
Just skipping along, eh. He jinxed ya's with the shovel offer. Hahaha. Missing out we are, hopefully we'll be able to pick one up next winter. Till then we'll ride along on the ol tubes. Great vid, looking forward to getting the Renegade stuck in those beauty ditches 😆. See ya tomorrow
Old school here, can't imagine that much power on a sled. Got out of it after 30 years of riding 10 years ago. Them big 2 strokes used more fuel than the truck that tows them.
Would love to live In a place where bikes and sleds are road legal and where there are trail systems like that! Nice ride. Keep tearing er up out there!
I actually don't think that sleds or quads are road legal in Ontario, but it's not like he's posting this on the internet or anything 😂 Most cops will probably let it go though, especially if they're not causing trouble. I know that at least here in Québec, we can get in trouble for running sleds even on side roads. Private roads are fine, but I don't think they're allowed riding shoulders of highways like that lol
Yeah but Canada sucks for other things, like their political leanings. Don't want to put politics but if the Gov'ts have their way, I think they will soon try to outlaw snowmobiling in both countries.@@tommyyuckguts5276
I used to have a sidewinder… don’t miss it. What a tank of a snowmobile. It basically decides where you’re gonna go half the time… super hard to sidehill with confidence… man did it have some serious power but it needed to for how heavy it was. Getting stuck was a nightmare because it was an SOB to heave around. Just… don’t miss that sled. Much happier with 2 stroke again. You guys seem to be enjoying yourselves though! Can’t beat the sound of these sleds… no 2 stroke can compare.
That's because it IS really heavy 😂 For a while, I wanted an XF9000. So glad now that I got the XF8000. The two stroke isn't as practical but it handles so much better and the powerband is pretty fun. And sounds great
Be cool if they sold snowmobiles with wheels on the front as a option. Then our southern asses could enjoy them too. xD One day I’ll get up there for a snow rip.
I suppose the only way for you to have a proper opinion is to try one. They are heavier then the 2 strokes but still lead by a mile in power to weight ratio when flashed to produce 300hp
Looks like 1" 144s could be off but thats what I think. (looked it up and found 137x1.25... nvm looks like it can come with a few but somewhere in there)
Are they 144" track? I was thinking to expand my apex SE fox monoshock to 144 from 128 and add some floatplate and boots on the ski (but still so spread' out from each other) so i could boondocks better. But i dont know if its remotely worth it, its still stock, apex turbos are meant to destroy its way up a mountain. X)
Ok.... what i wanna know is why the hell he got stuck in the first place .... he was going the wrong fricken direction buddy ... lolol ... cool vid have fun boys wish I could afford a sled again
Kanon Vanostrand is the most 🔥 👌 60,000 in the United Kingdom 🇬🇧 the most of all of it has to say that 🙄 has no problem we are Dan for it 😀 but I have to say 😉 it 😉
@@NOSAtvs no bought an old 03 Polaris rmk vertical escape 800 a while didn't get as much snow as i was hoping but it looks like you got plenty in in Canada
@@joshkimball8084 Light, Great reliability, High performance. Pick two. You cant have all 3 on a snowmobile unfortunately, sidewinder has reliability and high performance, but its a rock. Ive got a Apex 2011 SE and its a tank, but ive seen 31000+ miles with only valve adjustment and still rocking this R1 sports bike engine.
