I just got my Deus II and realized I need headphones for scuba. They seem to only have the BH01 bone conductive ones.. My concern is using it with a hood. What are you using?

Hello been following your channel for a while i am a Deus2 owner too and i metal detect for living metal detecting is not a hobby for me i metal detect almost every single day in the summer wanting you to ask a question should i remove the red cap on the main control unit after i finish my dive (i go to the sea everyday and only use my detector underwater)
After soaking my D2 and fresh water for an hour, I make sure everything is dry and then I remove the red plug. I live in an area with a lot of mountains where the pressure changes quite a bit so XP recommends not leaving in the red cap. If you're not changing pressure by going to higher elevations and pretty much staying at the same elevation all the time, it may not be an issue leaving the Red Cap in. XP has good customer service so I would recommend reaching out to them and asking the same question. Thanks
@@cpennington4368 i live in a very hot area during the summer (this times) the weather is 35-40 degrees at all time but i do not go high elevations or something like that xp says i should remove the red cap after each dive but i concern it may be loosen after time to time becouse as i said i dive almost every single day
@@MrBubbles.. I keep mine in until I plan to go out detecting on the land. Never had an issue with it. I also store mine in a cool place so it does not get too hot.
@@crimsonzero2 same here the only difference is i dont detect on the land only underwater but sometimes when i go to the beach the machine making a pop sound but guess thats ok
