Diverted GWR Services, light engine movements, departmental and passenger workings. 

On Saturday, 5th October 2024, the line was closed at Southampton Airport Parkway due to engineering works. Some services still were in operation but terminating at Parkway. GWR diverted services via Eastleigh to Portsmouth Harbour and Cardiff Central, so it was nice seeing some GWR green stock appearing. The highlight for me was the Colas Rail Class 56 that was on light engine movements between Eastleigh and Westbury she looked and sounded great, with plenty of horn blasts from the driver.
