This is just the message God knew I needed to hear I’ve been struggling a lot recently trying to be the man of God I need to be, but I need to stop having pity parties and just just that God will strengthen me.
Piper, in light of the many current world situations where people are being denied life and freedom, would you mind reassessing your assertion that “Christians communicate a falsehood to unbelievers…when we act as if policies and laws that protect life and freedom are more precious than being a certain kind of person”?
He’s not creating a false dichotomy of either or. He’s not saying pick only one. He’s saying make sure you’re identity in Christ reign supreme in all situations and circumstances.
@@HearGodsWord apparently for many, determining whether or not Piper was a biblical preacher depended on whether or not he was a Republican. All his article said was that neither one of them were righteous nor worth a vote. Which is biblical based on their character and policy.
