I have created this meditation with the guidance of my angels and guides, to help you connect with your inner power and spirit. This will enhance your spiritual protection and help you to be guarded from outside energy.
As a Lightworker or Empath, you may often feel that your energy is drained and this is often because you may be extra sensitive to the energy from people, places and astral energy around you. Although being an empath and/or a Lightworker is a wonderful gift, it can also get overwhelming sometimes! Meditations and visualisations are a wonderful tool to help you through this.
I previously did a meditation for Empaths and Lightworkers to help cleanse and release energy and I was inspired to create a protection meditation to help people feel empowered in their own spirit. When I was creating this meditation I had no idea about what it was going to be, my angels and guides took me on the journey so that I could share it with you!
The meditation takes you on a spiritual journey through a forest and to a sacred quartz crystal temple where you can receive guidance from your angels and guides, as well as tap into your own inner power, therefore giving you the ability to form your own spiritual protection whenever and wherever you need it in your daily life. It will help to improve your communication with your angels and guides and is a chance for you to call in extra spiritual protection if you feel that you need it. This meditation also includes a short cleansing waterfall meditation to help your energy be clear for when you enter the sacred temple.
