My lawyer saying that court does not send 2nd notice if respondent already received 1st notice but they're waiting for her. My question is what's the need of waiting if you're not sending notice it is totally wastage of time. What to do Please suggest Sir i feel so tense and stressed.

Live in is a tool, for women, who want to get divorse from earlier husband, mostly they would filed the dowry and domestic violence for which husband and his family can go to jail for long, she won't budge and would seek hefty maintenance and alimony. So, she although wants to get married would not be able to do so, till the court case is over. So she can find easy route of the live in. Then now courts are also allowing domestic violence in live ins, meaning now encouraging more that women have to find all the comfort in the life and make the husband and his family's life miserable. But I think now times are also changing, as youth is now not willing to get married and not even live in. they would stay separate and remain friends with benefits with nostrings attached at both ends. So marriage institution will collapse becuase of the fraud women claining false claims and courts and judges promoting them with more and more benefit. Ultimately things can't run one way for long. Courts should have barred both men and woman from any other relationship till the divorse case is over or mutually divorsed (which is quicker). Any other relationship should be treated as Infidelity and punishable to imprisonment and fine both.

You print a rosy picture as if the courts are fair, professional and unbiased when actually it is not the case at all ih India as we know it😂 ! The court system is frustrating, biased, venal and horrible in general in India such that even if the man is right it is a perfectly rational choice to come to even an expensive settlement withe wifey and family , close the case and salvage, build whatever is left of your life.
