U missed out on the flowers and mango leaves toran at the main entrance as it is very important n auspicious for any festival ..on the threshold or at the entrance of main door u have to keep oil diyas on both sides of the door...Diya at tulasi plant shd also be kept..
Thanks for pointing out the traditional misses in the video Anita, I would love to have them but I couldn’t find Mango leaves here in Brisbane, Australia . I have few pots of flowers in my balcony, which I am saving for the DDay Pooja. I don’t like to buy flowers here as they are super expensive and thus u see all artificial flowers in the video😒. I love the tradition of Diyas and lights on Diwali as seen in my North Indian friends’ homes and thus tried adapting them...traditionally we Tamilians don’t have diya or lights concepts...that’s why the diya misses...apologies for the misses.
The Kitchen Club oh ok...i dint know abt that.....in that case if u like the flowers thoran then u cud string the plastic flowers n leaves n put at the entrance door...as even in india in few homes plastic flowers thoran is purchased from market n decorations r done..
