The poha was looking yummy with lots of nutrition in it. The day and sabji was also good. The capcicum subji was a new dish as u had added gram flour in it. Very nice. And also well explained how to prepare the dishes appreciate ur patience and with kids at home with ur busy routine u take time to give tips and recipes. Thanks a lot . Hi Priya R ... I take a cup of warm turmeric milk before going to bed and I sleep by 9.30. Since I sleep early ...The dinner time is just perfect and I m not that hungry.
