No more frying hassles, just a healthy, crunchy, and delicious snack perfect for festive munching. Follow this simple recipe and make a light and crispy Puaha Chevdo at home without any deep-frying.
Ingredients:
200 gm Flattened Rice (patla thickness) / 200 gm પૌહા (પાતળા)
5 tablespoons Oil / 5 ચમચી તેલ
1 tablespoon Cumin Seeds / 1 ચમચી જીરૂ
4 tablespoons Green Chilies (chopped) / 4 ચમચી લીલા મરચાં
10-12 Curry Leaves / 10-12 કડી પત્તા
1/2 teaspoon Turmeric Powder / 1/2 ચમચી હળદર
1 teaspoon Asafoetida (Hing) / 1 ચમચી હીંગ
2 tablespoons Roasted Peanuts / 2 ચમચી શેકેલા મગફળી
2 tablespoons Sugar / 2 ચમચી ખાંડ
1 teaspoon Salt / મીઠું સ્વાદ મુજબ
10-12 pieces Fresh Grated Coconut (optional) / 10-12 નાં કાંદા કાપેલા નારિયેળ (વૈકલ્પિક)
7-8 Cashews / 7-8 કાજુ
1 teaspoon Sesame Seeds / 1 ચમચી તલ
3 teaspoons Roasted Chana Dal (Daliya) / 3 ચમચી શેકેલો ચણા દાળ
