Welcome to the AW Services RU-vid channel
In this video, I show one of my electronics projects I have been working on recently.
With a background in stage pyrotechnics and fireworks I wanted a separate 12 cue system for an upcoming WW2 inspired job so I thought I'd build one as it's too easy to buy something online.
The unit is based around an Italian made MAX235H105 heavy duty hard carry case which I purchased from Solent plastics Ltd
12v RF 433mhz 12 channel wireless relay module was purchased from AliExpress
Front panel of the unit is a piece of 2mm ABS carbon fibre effect board purchased from eBay
I've used six heavy duty copper sprung speaker terminals as the cue wiring connectors
12v Yuasa 2.3aH sealed lead acid battery
433mhz folding antenna along with SMA braided lead as the aerial cable from the wireless relay module to the front panel
1x key isolator switch as my arming safety lock out
1x 12v red bezel mount led as arming indicator
1x 12v led illuminated panel mount IP rated rocker switch as my battery isolator switch
1x momentary switch as my remote control binding switch which I've extended from the wireless relay module to case front panel
1x neutrik style panel mount 2.1x 5.5mm dc charging female jack socket as my battery charging connector an auxiliary battery connector if I need more firing current to fire multiple cues simultaneously
3mm double sided foam tape to secure the battery and wireless relay module to the case
various cable / wiring

Did your board come with an SMA connection on the antenna side or splice one in? Seems like a fun project, might have to give it a go with the random bits I have laying around.

No, I desoldered the antenna wire coil and soldered in the centre conductor of a braided 15cm SMA to female chassis mount socket
