Thanks for this video!! Also I didn’t have to take anything off other than the lower tray and the side fuse cover because I saw where the screws are from your video! Much faster without removing any vents or glove box

I didn’t want to remove the glove box at first, but it gave me a better view of the compartment for peace of mind.

Thank you for this video! My husband and I found it extremely helpful and we were able to replace the blower motor. My AC is running good as new in my 2014! ❤😊

I found 6 screws holding in the glove box, 3 across the top and 1 on the side (as you show) I found 2 underneath on mine. Great video!

Thanks a million - made the job simple!! (make sure to find the two glove box screws at the bottom - or maybe not even remove according to pinned post below)

Great video! Was extremely helpful I had the same problem my 2011 Porsche Cayenne suv. Very specifically thorough very to the point only took me a total of hour of my time save me a ton of money doing it myself and going to the dealership 200 miles away. Thanks for posting I also had three screws that were the t15s on the bottom of the glove compartment box two on the bottom one on the side that was just very slightly different but everything else was exactly on for the process

One thing you missed is that there are 2 T15 bolts underneath floor area for glove box. If you just do that top part and wiggle to remove you gonna eventually break the glove box. Super important step not to miss. Otherwise, great video! Much appreciated

Great video thanks. My 2012 Cayenne with 105,000 miles has started the same issue. I tried to replace the resistor but still the same issue. Trying to order a motor in the UK is hard. Think there is a difference between LHD and RHD cars. So the motor part numbers are so slightly different.

My 2014 cayenne s heater/ a/c has stopped blowing after sitting in -20° weather for 2 days… It worked initially when I started my car and then after 30 minutes just completely stopped working, is there a fuse somewhere I should check before having the motor changed?

How is that brand you bought for the blower motor holding up?...The original is pricey. Just curious if its still working...does it make a difference....Thanks alot

Was it necessary to remove the two air outlets? Appears that this repair could have been completed without removing them.

I saw another video that shows they are not needed to be removed.

Wondering how you found out it was the blower motor? I’m having the same intermittent on off with my ac. … thanks for vodeo

I just asked my brother. He said typically when you’re having intermittent issues with ac intermittently blowing,, the blower motor is the first thing to inspect and or replace
