Watch the video, looked at your instructables page, I have a couple of questions 1) without a display how do you set the delay? 2) watching the video there is a gear up message on the screen, is this some kind of gear shift warning light? 3) How go I get the code and circuit diagram for the display version.
Hi, I'd like to try the version with lcd screen, do you still have the schematic diagram for that version? I also saved the code for lcd version for the last five years , please respond Thanks😊
Wow!! Dude.... What a great DIY work you did right there?? I wish to be that smart as you are... I have a cbr 125r carburetor and I'm wandering if I could do the same thing.. And I have a Honda Astrea Dream with a monster motor 150cc on it and I have a wrist problem, so I'm wandering the same thing if I can do it to my astrea too... Do you know??
You should have slowed down and emphasized more on the electronics, explain a little bit more what everything it is used for and where everything should be soldered.... cause some of us lack all the knowledge you have. I would love to do this for my gokart but, it seems very dificult without those clear indications. Anyways, thanks for the video and nice job.
maybe on Instructables page might help, I'm not professional so I'm sorry for that, I still learing how to make perfect tutorial videos or project vlogs
You can actualy just tap into the timing wire and manipulate the timing from there, the mosfet will be able to handle it better, but id still use relay, specifically a solid state relay, because its faster and more precise.
Timing wire? You mean crankshaft position sensor? On FI engines it doesn't work it will mess up the counter for ignition and injector timing and check engine light will turn on because on FI engines there are multiple teeth with 1 missing or more on magnet / crank teeth, only engine with CDI works
robbykhen itu udah lumayan 30A kalo ga salah, lagian ribet Pake gituan harus bener negatif positifnya, ada relay bisa bolak balik kenapa diambil pusing
Excelent job, Thanks. I habe a question, the squematic where are the conexon of cable C and NC of relay, you say conect "to your motorcycle", I suposse that C conect to the ignition coil but what is the conexion of the other (may be ground?)?
So, ignition coil cable usually has 2 cables on injection motorcycle, except Kawasaki KLX 250 had 1 cable. If there is 2 cables, select 1 cable and unplug, connect it into Common pin on relay, and connect the coil into Normally Closed pin on relay. If there is only 1 cable just select that cable (Low voltage cable or input, not high voltage or output)
Bro instead of connecting quick shifter switch to ignition coil can we connect to engine kill switch (because in my bike there are 2 ignition coil name primary coil and secondary coil, primary coil has 2 spark plugs where has secondary coil has 1 spark plug ) plz reply me bro
@@KazemitoHaruhi no there no EFI in my bike it is pulsar as200 single cylinder 3 spark plug engine! Will it work on this perfectly on this bike? Plz reply
@@shravanbpatil007 Pulsar will work just fine, just connect it using kill switch if you want make it simple. If you want harder method, cut the supply cable to the cdi or cable from crank position sensor and connect it to the quick shifter
I have a question, the clutch cable is it a positive connection from 12 volts battery? and I noticed from your schematic for Carb System bike with CDI you added a switch sign for the clutch switch? where does it connect?
Hi there, is it safe for the module if you’re not adding stepdown module for a long term use? As we know, the voltage from the motorcycle is 12v-14v. And the arduino only need 5v-6v. Thanks in advance
Sorry brother, so many people struggle with the lcd version because some lcd have different address even with same model and color and I forgot where I place the original code ☹️
@@KazemitoHaruhi no worries :) one thing to ask. the potentiometer on the diagram (the one you called "trimmer), is it the one responsible for adjusting the delay of the ignition cut-off?
Hi, the circuit can be installed on a svartpilen / duke 390 Efi ecu, only by disconnecting the black cable of the ignition coil using a hall sensor connected to the pedal crank as a switch? can you post the file to be uploaded to arduino? I thank
Hii sooo I have a 200cc carburated bike and I used one of those limit switches to disconnect the coil and put the switch on right Handel bar and it works fine similar to the setup u are talking about
That little coding Sequence looked very professional. I'll try stroking my keyboard like that too 🤣 but in all honesty, this is a nice project, want to try something similar too!
Yg kayak begini baru mantab di subscribe. Gak pelit ilmu gak pelit code. Nyumbang saran mas lebih mantab lagi di perseneleng operan giginya tambahin switcer starter mobil carry. Jd ngoper giginya pke tombol biar gak terlalu capek kaki.
@@KazemitoHaruhi one last question..do you think i can use delay timer module(with millisecond option/12vdc and 5v-30v relay) only without using arduino?or is it really necessary to use it?
unfortunately, i have lack of knowledge about ignition timing and it will be high risk doing so. it might knock or even worse piston connecting rod will be bent and maybe crankcase will be exploded if timing was off couple degrees or milliseconds at high revs or rpm. since I don't know much about Arduino AVR timer it will gonna be so hard for me. I also want to make ECU or ECM but there is open source project called speeduino so i do not have to write from scratch.
I have a kawasaki bajaj ns200 carb type, im not realy good with motorcycles but i love electronics and diy's, by the way is this quick shifter for carb type engine?
@@KazemitoHaruhi sebelumnya makasih mas sudah share ilmunya. Ini ga bisa lebih cepet lagi mas? 10 ms gitu? Keterbatasan switch relay ya? Kalau pake mosfet mungkin ga mas sampe 10ms
Iwan Setyo Budi relay mentok 40ms, di video kan sudah dijelaskan kalo pake mosfet malah jebol mosfet nya soalnya nyambung nya ke koil bukan pulser, injeksi kalo pulsernya dimatikan beberapa milidetik aja malah ga bener pengapian nya, ga kaya motor CDI/karb
