i have no idea what i have done wrong but the second i out the iso onto the bauble it soaks it up & the same with the ink & i have followed ur instructions step by step

Can you please tell me if you did any prior sealing to the baubles to make the surface non porous? I purchased the same ones from spotlight and they are a very chalky ceramic feel. As soon as I put ink on the ball it got completely absorbed and din't flow like yours did.

Such a cool idea! May I ask you, how would you go about to digitise your artwork, is it best to scan it or photograph it? I’m just starting to try out alcohol ink, and acrylic paint, and would love to digitise it.

Photograph it. Make sure the lighting is even and take the photo in RAW format so you have more room to edit it after to get the perfect colours.

I've just bought some piñata alcohol inks, but I dropped my bauble and have tried to repair it and painted it with acrylic white. I’m nervous to try the inks on my bauble incase the paint spoils the effect.

Love your vids so informative and easy to follow. I must admit, i watched this bauble vid and made many a year ago, I've have been searching for Kmart varnish, der... I now know Cassy was prob saying Kamar. Silly me. Do you mind sharing which Kamar please? The UV Archival or just gloss varnish?

You can use both but put the UV one on first
