Thanks! You know, perfection is the devil in the ear. I don't want to break the wire. It's easy enough to replace, I think... but.. . I used these excellent calibration standards: www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07K7F7D8K/ref=ox_sc_act_image_1?smid=A1OJVFAYDI0NY7&psc=1 I'm working on a better model. We'll see how it turns out. -- Dave

Yes, but first the gold must be extracted from the mineral by using the fire assay method or by chemical extraction. -- Dave
