Did you have to use a special needle on your sewring machine for the bags with the leather bottom , or did you just use your regular needle on your machine
I tried to make a bag I used midweight interfacing and it was super flimsy so I tried fusible fleece omg big mistake it feels like a huge pad. Can you help me with which interfacing you use so I can get this right? Trying to make a bday gift Thank you
I watched this video, and rushed to my local thrift store and bought a leather jacket, I was going to cut it up. When I got it home, I realized my $13.75 jacket was in primo shape, just not my size. I've got a young friend (mid-30s) that I gave it to, told her I wished I could buy her a motorcycle to go with it. I then hiked myself to the Tandy Leather Company store and actually bought a couple of different types of leather. Much cheaper at the thrift store.
